How can I add an irregular interest payment date?

Users can add irregular interest payment dates to any Issue, which will show up in the debt service.

To add an irregular interest payment, go to the Bonds & Pricing tab of the Issue Quadrant.

Which brings up the Edit Irregular Interest modal, allowing users to input any irregular interest payment dates to include in the Project.
